Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Your Success Blueprint application and website (the "Service"), operated by Mastermind Marketing, Inc. ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscription and Billing
The Service is offered as a monthly subscription, currently $49 per month, billed at signup and on each renewal date thereafter. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial refunds are given for unused time. We may change pricing with advance notice; changes apply to renewals after the notice period.
5. Educational Use Only; No Guarantees
The Service provides educational and informational tools only. It does not provide medical, legal, tax, investment, or financial advice. We guarantee access to the Service's tools and updates during your paid membership; we do not guarantee any outcome or result. Your results depend entirely on your own effort, consistency, and circumstances. See the full Disclaimer, which is part of these Terms.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes attempting to breach its security, accessing another user's data, scraping or reverse engineering the Service, uploading unlawful content, or using the Service to harm others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Your Content
You own the goals, habits, logs, and reflections you enter into the Service. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to operate and improve the Service for you. See our Privacy Policy for details.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, content, and trademarks, belongs to Mastermind Marketing, Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute any part of the Service without written permission.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error free.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mastermind Marketing, Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate the Service or your account for violation of these Terms, with notice where practical.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new date, and material changes will be communicated within the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Mastermind Marketing, Inc. is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles.
