1. What We Collect
When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and a securely hashed password. As you use the Service you provide the content that powers your experience: goals, habits, check-ins, meal and workout logs, plan inputs, and monthly reflections. We also collect basic technical information such as session cookies needed to keep you logged in.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to operate the Service: to authenticate you, store and display your data, generate your weekly plans from your inputs, and provide customer support. Your plan inputs are processed by our template engine solely to produce your own educational suggestions inside the app. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your personal content for advertising.
3. Payments
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. We store only the identifiers Stripe gives us (customer and subscription IDs) and your subscription status. Stripe's handling of your data is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.
4. Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. It is essential to the Service and contains no tracking or advertising data.
5. Sharing
We share data only with service providers needed to run the Service (such as our hosting provider and Stripe), when required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users. We never sell or rent your personal information.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing us; we will delete it within 30 days except where the law requires us to retain certain records (such as billing history).
7. Security
Passwords are stored using modern one-way hashing. Data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS). No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information with industry-standard practices.
8. Children
The Service is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post updates here with a new date and note material changes within the Service.
